Hi there Reader
Thanks so much for signing up to my newsletter. I’m really looking forward to traveling through the seasons with you, and sharing my creative ideas for the classroom.
My key aim is to help you bring more art into your kids’ lives, whether that's in the classroom or at home (or both!) - and make the process of rolling it out, low prep and low stress for you.
Fall is here.
I've loved this time of year ever since I can remember - the change in light, the rich, warm tones as the trees begin to shed their leaves, misty mornings…..oh and nowadays, a good excuse to buy some new boots or a cosy jumper!
(Apologies if you are transitioning into spring / summer time where you live, perhaps you can keep these ideas for later in the year)
After all the excitement of back to school, introductions and goal setting, fall or autumn-themed art activities offer a wonderful opportunity to move away from tech and get the watercolors and oil pastels out!
And you’ll have some wonderful displays for your classroom. It’s such a confidence boost for students to see their artwork displayed for all to see.
